Fever case and poincare

Pushpalatha.v is suffering from Seasonal fever, cold, headache, thirst for small quantity, chill, body pain, drawing limbs. given one dose of RT 200C, Fever not relieved so after 2 hours given Bell 200c one dose, waited for 4 hours,still fever not relieved.
